Been awhile since I’ve tried a fancy recipe.
But here’s what I tried: broiled pork medallions with a glaze made from Dijon mustard and maple syrup. For sides: brown rice, green beans, and sliced tomatoes.
It wasn’t my favorite recipe that I’ve tried so far. But it was okay. I like how the maple syrup caramelized and off-set the tangy mustard. When the glaze started to bubble in the oven, it made the whole kitchen smell delicious!
